Requirements:
Performance Area
A flat arena 100m x 50m clear of all obstructions. However, by prior
arrangement the stunt show can be adjusted to perform within a smaller
arena. If in inclement weather conditions an alternative show will be
performed subject to the Team Leader's assessment of the arena
conditions and safety barriers.
Fencing Options
a) Steel interlocking crowd barriers, which must be securely fixed
together all around the arena.
b) Rope and wooded stakes. Wooden stakes to be set at 2 metre intervals
on the inner cordoned and second fence is required at least 3 metres
outside the inner surround to leave a safety gap between thee two. The
rope on the inner cordon must be double roped and have a breaking strain
of at least 5000lbs. The double rope to be 0.5 metres and 1 metre high.
c) Permanent rigid barrier with a breaking strain of at least 5000lbs.
Pit Lane and Static Display Area
The team require an exclusive pit area to display the stunt cars and
ramps whilst on the showground. Where the pit lane is not adjacent to
the main arena a collecting ring with direct access to the arena is
required. The stunt show should not be situated alongside horses of any
other animals. Access to water would also be an advantage. Pit Size: 20
metres x 15 metres.
PA System
The management is to provide a good PA system surrounding the arena for
the purpose of safety announcements, commentary and musical score. A
lapel radio mic is required together with either audio tape/CD/mini disk
facility.
Passes
4 vehicle passes and 6 personnel passes are required.
Vehicle specification: 12ft 7" high x 9ft wide x 42ft long. weight: 7.5
tons.
Insurance
The team carries Public Liability insurance. £5,000,000 risk assessment
available upon request.
Marco and his team reserve the right to alter and amend the show as new
routines, vehicles and equipment are added to the show. |
